Maximum cable length for compatible controllers and cameras

For repeater connection, maximum of 2-step connection is possible. For con-

nection-possible number of steps and maximum cable length, see the chart

below.

For extension, do not allow the cable length and connection steps to go

beyond their maximum limits.

*1 When reading parts less than 350 lines, the number of maximum connection

steps is 1 and the maximum cable length is 34m.

*2 When reading parts less than 1000 lines, the number of maximum connection

steps is 1 and the maximum cable length is 20m.

*3 The controllers and camera expansion units shipped after September 14,

2009 are compatible with the repeater connection.

 Power consumption list for controllers when the repeater is

connected

The rated power consumption increases when the repeater is connected.
