between the controller and
scanning head?
• Has calibration been
correctly performed?
• Is the laser beam correctly
aligned?

moved from the original
position?
• Are the targets correctly
placed within the measure-
ment area?
• Is a reference edge placed
within the measurement
area?
• Is there any dust or dirt on
the target?
• Isn’t the controller set to the
analog output range setting
mode?
• Connect a scanning head
with the matching serial
number.
• Correctly perform calibration.
• Check whether or not the
laser beam is correctly
aligned in the laser beam
alignment check mode. If the
beam is not correctly aligned,
refer to the error message as
indicated in the display and
adjust the mounting condi-
tions accordingly.
